The Satyajit Ray Film and Study Center (Ray FASC) is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to the preservation and dissemination of Satyajit Ray's cinematic, literary and artistic oeuvre. It is organized as a Focused Research Activity in the Humanities Division of the University of California, Santa Cruz. This web site attempts to introduce Ray's films, some facets of his genius along with our mission to preserve his luminous legacy.
